The Dorothy Turner

Johnson Branch of the Association for

the Study of African American Life &

History (ASALH) recently launched a new

program. The Authors’ Salon includes a

series of conversations with authors, artists,

historians, and laborers. The events will be

held monthly at the Winter Park Library

and moderated by Dr. Rebekah McCloud,
